Frankmusik, "In Step"
I challenge you to not have this song stuck in your head for the rest of eternity. That's forever, son. This is Frankmusik's "In Step" video. I predict an Eric Prydz "Call on Me" type blowup for this song once the college kids get a hold of it. His girlfriend is a really good hula-hooper. They make out at the end. Look at her go!

Want to give a big Dreamtard shout-out to FRG.... a rap group coming straight out of Japan (where we OFFICIALLY have visitors...check the map down below at the right....alright??) My boy Mark T is holding it down over there and tells me that him and FRG are looking to make a trip to NYC sometime in August or September....stay tuned for details on that show. You better believe that Dreamtard will be there with bells on. Check out FRG if you're in the Tokyo area, check our their music HERE.... and check out their fly-ass video below.

The Associated Press
NOVI, Mich. - A 33-year-old Michigan man is accused of wearing a "World's Greatest Dad" shirt to a meeting for sex with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Daniel Allen Everett of Clarkston was arraigned Tuesday in Novi (NOE'-veye) on charges of child sexual abuse and using the Internet to attempt child sexual abuse.
A jail official says it isn't known whether Everett has a lawyer.
A spokesman for Attorney General Mike Cox could not confirm whether Everett has children. But Cox says in a statement that the arrest is a reminder that "a parent can pose a threat to our children."
Magistrate Andra Dudley set Everett's bond at $50,000.

Fleet Foxes

I hate myself right now. I am serious. I honestly tried, I seriously tried to hate The Fleet Foxes. I thought to myself, these guys are pretentious and stupid and they think really highly of themselves and their music and this just another Pitchfork love-child that douchebags can drool over. Their album kicks FUCKING ass. Their EP Kicks FUCKING ass. I tried to hate them, but I can't, I ordered their LP off Sub Pop's website. I am a fan, I support them, its a GREAT album. Good work. Shit I wish I didn't like it. I am sure my cousin or someone young chap is going to be like, "hey...Dave...our uncle told me you run a website that talks about music and no one reads it.....do you like Girl Talk, Justice and Fleet Foxes" and I will say "ugh......fuck my life" and poop in my pants. Here is a video of what I am talking about since most of you are probably like...why do I still read this site.
And here is a little nugget I really liked courtesy of Kendall.

Smell the Glove

I just needed a random tout for this post. I thought ''Smell the Glove'' was funny, I love Spinal Tap. Anyway, below is some cool shit. The first item is yet another Fred Falke remix, this dude is just amazing. He was at the Tribeca Grand this weekend in NYC but I didn't stop by. I know Showtrotta did so expect something on that from her (hahah I totally just threw her under the bus because now she HAS to write something...take THAT...god I suck). Anyway after the remix is a pretty great interview with Pedro Winter from Pitchfork. Pedro is a cool dude, obviously. More later.
